Dr. Jacki White has been practicing in Kingston since 2006. Her focus is on assisting patients in return to optimal health and function through chiropractic care. These treatments last about 20 minutes wherein a variety of techniques are used (IFC, Ultrasound, Acupuncture, Stretching, Spinal Adjustments etc.).
She believes that by addressing the surrounding musculature issues, the spinal adjustments last longer and provide patients with more effective, lasting relief. Growing up in Kingston, Dr. White was introduced to Chiropractic for various personal sports injuries. Being a student athlete taught Dr. White the importance of taking care of your body and finding balance to achieve optimum health. Her post secondary education began at Indian River Community College in Florida with a Softball scholarship. After which, Dr. White graduated from Queen's University and then went on to complete her Chiropractic training at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Continuing education throughout her career has focused on sports injury and concussion management, acupuncture and myofascial release therapy. |
